The following terms and rules governing attendance at Macedonia national football team matches constitute an integral part of the agreement for the purchase of tickets or other passes for attendance at matches and events organised by the Football Federation of Macedonia.
The Football Federation of Macedonia (FFM) enables its users („customers“) to purchase tickets online or at the ticket office, in accordance with the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of Use.
The user enters into a contractual relationship by submitting an order through the FFM platform and initiating the payment procedure. The agreement between the user and FFM shall be deemed concluded once the ticket order has been confirmed.
These General Terms and Conditions of Use constitute the basis for using the website and services, and in particular for purchasing tickets through the electronic ticket sales system.
By ticking the box: „I have read and accept the General Terms and Conditions of Use“, the user confirms that they are familiar with them and agree to comply with them.
FFM and its suppliers strive to provide users with the most efficient and professional service possible, in accordance with the latest technological developments.
To this end, FFM uses certified technology, as well as qualified experts and suppliers, applying appropriate measures to protect users.
However, FFM cannot guarantee completely uninterrupted and error-free operation of the service, nor can it completely rule out the possibility of unauthorised access to or misuse of the IT system by third parties, and therefore assumes no liability for any damage that may arise from such actions.
Liability for the actions of third parties is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
By submitting an order, the user may reserve an available seat they wish to use.
After selecting a seat, the user may choose between printing the ticket and delivery, if such an option is available.
Tickets purchased online are generally limited to a maximum of 10 tickets per order.
In the event of a technical or system error, FFM is obliged to notify the purchaser and, depending on the circumstances, offer replacement tickets or a refund.
The ticket may be printed using the print function.
The ticket contains a QR code which is scanned at the appropriate entrance to the venue where the event is being held.
The user is responsible for ensuring that the QR code is clearly printed, legible and undamaged.
Paper tickets and season tickets also contain a QR code which is scanned upon entry.
The user is responsible for ensuring that the QR code is not damaged and remains legible.
Tickets are sold exclusively for the user's personal use.
Without the FFM's prior written consent, the user is prohibited from any commercial or business resale of purchased tickets, particularly through online auctions, resale platforms or other commercial channels.
A contractual penalty may be imposed for violating this provision. The FFM's right to claim additional compensation for damages remains unchanged.
The same applies to the private resale of a ticket at a price higher than its regular sale price.
The FFM reserves the right to prohibit users who violate these terms from attending the event.
Purchased tickets cannot be exchanged or returned.
Payment via the internet can be made by payment card.
Visa and Mastercard are accepted.
Prices are shown in Macedonian denars, including VAT, but excluding any additional fees that may be charged by certain sales channels.
The FFM expressly points out that FIFA, UEFA and the FFM may change the date or kick-off time of the match, even at short notice.
In such a case, tickets already purchased automatically remain valid for the new date of the match.
Ticket exchanges on this basis are not предусмотрено.
The FFM ticket sales portal complies with the applicable personal data protection regulations and uses modern encryption and security technologies, including SSL.
By purchasing a ticket, the user confirms that they are familiar with and accept the rules applicable at the venue where the event is being held.
The user is responsible for properly safeguarding the purchased ticket and preventing its unauthorized use.
In the event of any misuse, FFM reserves the right to remove the offender from the event without entitlement to compensation, impose a stadium entry ban and, where necessary, take additional legal measures.
Tickets purchased incorrectly or in excess through the eticket.ffm.mk platform cannot be exchanged at the ticket office on the day of the match.
The General Terms and Conditions for Use of the eticket.ffm.mk platform apply to such tickets.
If any individual provision of these General Terms and Conditions for Use becomes invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
In the event of a legal gap, the appropriate rules shall apply.
A provision that is wholly or partially invalid, or the legal gap, shall be replaced by a provision that corresponds as closely as possible to the economic and legal purpose of the original provision.
The court in Skopje shall have jurisdiction over all disputes.
The law of the Republic of North Macedonia shall apply exclusively.
